Gift Card Expiration

Company-issued gift cards and certificates remain valid for 7 years from the date of activation or issuance. Any unused balance after this period will be forfeited and is non-refundable. We encourage cardholders to redeem balances in a timely manner.

Parts Return Policy

To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following guidelines apply to all part returns:

• Parts with a list price of $30.00 or less are not eligible for return.
• All ordered parts are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• Mounted or plugged-in electrical components cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

Service Policy

Services performed by Missouri River Equipment are guaranteed to meet manufacturer specifications. Labor warranties vary by product type and are subject to the terms outlined at the time of service. Customers will be informed of estimated turnaround times and costs prior to work being performed.

Warranty Coverage

Missouri River Equipment honors all applicable manufacturer warranties. Additionally, we provide an exclusive warranty on select parts and labor when installed by our certified technicians. Warranty eligibility requires proper maintenance and excludes misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Payment & Financing

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and approved financing options. Financing plans are subject to credit approval. A late fee may apply to past-due accounts. For questions regarding financing, please contact our Finance Department.
